If you have a Windows phone, you can download the Your Phone Companion aka MS Your PC app to access your personal computer. You will need a Microsoft Account in order to use this app. If you do not already have one, you can sign up for one.
Once you download the Your Phone Companion app, you can link your phone to your PC using a QR code. Once the QR code is scanned, you can sign in with your Microsoft account. Alternatively, you can press the back button on your Windows PC to sign in. Once you’re logged in, you will be prompted to grant the app access to certain content on your computer.
You can also block the app from accessing content from your mobile phone by removing its permissions. If the app has access to your Phone’s camera and photo gallery, you can disable it from showing these on your PC. To do this, go to the ‘Settings’ page of the app and select ‘Features’.
